3. Making a Purchase
- Making a purchase could not be easier.
- Just browse our website and click the “Add to Basket” button when you see a kit you would like to purchase. This places the item in your shopping cart – you can continue shopping or proceed to the check-out where you will enter your personal and financial details in order to complete the purchase. You can pay by debit or credit card, bank transfer or PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to complete the purchase, but after reviewing your payment information you can choose to save it by creating a PayPal account to make any future transactions faster. You will be sent a confirmation e-mail summarising your order.
- VAT - We are not required to be registered for VAT and there are therefore no additional costs to the prices shown.
- If you prefer to purchase a kit “offline” you can contact us by phone, e-mail or write to us. You can pay by cheque, payable order or bankers draft. All our contact details are shown below.
4. Delivery
- All our kits are usually in stock, and we endeavour to despatch your order within 2 working days of your payment being cleared, however please allow up to 15 working days in total.

5. Returns Policy
Damaged, faulty or wrong goods
- If you receive goods which are damaged, faulty or we have sent you the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will replace the damaged, faulty or wrong item and if we ask you to return the item we will refund the cost of your return postage.
Change of Mind
- If you decide you no longer want the goods you must inform us in writing – by letter or e-mail of your decision to cancel, within seven working days after the day you receive the goods. We will reimburse the cost of the item to you (excluding the cost of returning it to us) as soon as possible and in any case within a maximum period of 30 days. The item must be returned to us in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.
